Career Fair, Student Recognition Ceremony, and Poster Conference

How to get your poster submitted:

  1. When you finish your poster, name the PowerPoint file as follows (please don't invent other naming schemes):
    • Faculty members (e.g., for lab overview posters) -- name your file with your last name, such as "Walker.ppt"
    • Graduate students -- name your file with your advisor's last name, and your last name, such as "Walker.Schaffer.ppt"
    • Undergraduate students -- name your file with your advisor's last name, and either the club or class name, such as "Pechenuk.ACM.ppt"
    • If an individual or lab has more than one poster, add a number to each file name, such as "Walker.1.ppt" and "Walker.2.ppt"

  2. Upload your poster to Poster Upload Page no later than 5:00pm on Monday 27 April (you are encouraged to upload your file earlier). Your poster will be automatically printed for you.
    • The Upload page is password protected. Use your departmental username and password to login to the page. If you do not currently have a departmental account. Please contact systems in MSB 147.
    • It will take TWO DAYS to get your poster back.
