Their Majesties Mihai I and Queen Ann, accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess Margareta and His Royal Highness Prince Radu, will be making visits to Belgium and France during the period of December 7 through December 12.

The Royal Family will arrive in Brussels on December 7, where they will pay a private visit to the Belgian Royal Family. On the evening of December 8, both royal families and other guests will attend a gala sponsored by the Princess Margaret of Romania Foundation at the Hotel de Ville de Sait-Gilles in Brussels. The festivities are organized by the Council of Directors of Princess Margareta's Belgian foundation.

On December 9, the Romanian Royal Family will arrive in Paris. That evening the King and His family will participate in a dinner organized to support the activities of the French association "Princess Margareta of Romania." On the evening of December 11, a gala of the foundation "Princess Margareta of Romania" will be held under the patronage of the Royal Family. The event will host a concert by soprano Francoise Polle and the Michel Piquernal Choir at Espace Cardin. Speakers at the beginning of the evening will include Her Royal Highness Princess Margareta, along with Frederic Mitterand and Fanny Ardant, honorary members of the foundation. After the concert there will be a fundraising dinner, with proceeds going to help underprivileged children in Romania.
