My Description:

I would like to discuss all sections of the book. In addition I would like to include a discussion of perl and shell programming. The class can take on any direction you wish. If you have a topic you'd like to cover, please send me mail and let me know. We will most likely develop these topics in C, perl and where practical a shell language. We will definitely discuss:

• Users and groups
• Signals, and interrupt
• Processes
• Sockets and interprocess communication
