How do I telnet from Home or outside the MCS premises?

An option called telnet would do the needful, if you are using Windows as your OS then click on the start button and then click on Run.
Here you have to type "telnet Loki.mcs.kent.edu", Loki is the name of the system and  mcs.kent.edu specifies its domain or
location.
