Short Bio:

Xiaoke Huang is a Ph.D. student of Department of Computer Science at kent State University, OH USA, where hs has been since 2011. He also currently is working as a software engineer in GraphSQL Inc. During 2011, March-June he was a visiting student at National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo Japan. He reveived an M.S. from Wuhan Univeristy of Science and Technology in 2011, and a B.S from Hunan Univeristy of Science and Technology in 2008.

Visual Analytics of 4DDSA Data

  • We studied the potential patterns in the 4DDSA data through several visualizations. 4D Digital Subtracted Angiography (4D DSA) is a sequence of reconstructed 3D angiography images over time, representing blood flow information, typically within the head. The subtraction of the flow image from a baseline image removes the static anatomy such as the skull, leaving only the flow information.
