Story problems are displayed using a sequence of windows.
In the upper right of the top window is a table of the most common links.
These can be used to alter the flow of the pages.
The story problem itself is also presented in the top
window with links to an optional analysis page
which gives the solution
in detail, also in the top window. There are three links which when clicked cause
displayes in two additional
windows. The initial chart (or table)
is displayed in the lower left window. The program
is displayed in the lower left window also. It includes a copy of the initial table.
The result
of the execution of the program is displayed in the lower right window.
Sometimes, the lower windows are also used to display auxiliary information,
such as when a formula list is clicked.
The content of these windows are calculated
ahead of time and are prestored and can not be changed.
