First, download a Topic Lesson file archive to your local machine.
You can find a list of downloadable Topic Modules and Lesson Pages
at the official WME project site.
After you have downloaded this file, login to the administrative
section of your WME site. Click on Install a New Topic Lesson Page.
Here, the page will first ask you which Topic Modules that it needs to
install the page under. Select all that applies. Next, supply the Topic
Lesson Page file from your local computer. Locate the file, click
Install, and the new Topic Lesson Page can immediately be used.
