First, download a Topic Module file archive to your local machine.
You can find a list of downloadable Topic Modules and Lesson Pages
at the official WME project site.
After you have downloaded this file, login to the administrative
section of your WME site. Click on Install a New Topic Module.
Here, the page will ask you to supply the Topic Module file from
your local computer. Locate the file, click Install, and
the new Topic Module can immediately be used.
