Homework 1: Problem 3 from page 41 in the textbook.

Homework 2: Due 3/10/2010:
Johnnie is trying to learn the multiplication facts but left his table
at school. Could you output a multiplication table for him?
He says the table goes from 1 to 12, but since he isn't sure, read in
the upper limit, and output the table going from 1 to this limit.
Extra credit if you output the table in grid format.
Homework 3: Due 4/7/2010:
Do problem "cai" in Chapter3.
Homework 4: Due 5/5/2010
Do Problem 6, pages 173-174. Note that problems 4 and 5 were solved in
class and are  in the directory chapter4.

Extra credit: For extra credit, you may do any other problem from chapters
4 or 5 not covered in class or assigned as homework.
Also any problem in chapter 9 except problem 10.
