ACM Student Research Competition
I participated in the ACM Student Research Competition held during the 2007 Grace Hopper conference. I was chosen as one of five semi-finalists to give an oral presentation. The semi-finalists presented on Thursday, 10/18. The presentation is here converted into a web page.
This competition selection was based on my technical poster entitled SWAMP Sequence Alignment: Smith-Waterman using Associative Massive Parallelism.
